Toro Fitness is a group fitness studio in San Dimas, CA offering high-energy HIIT, strength training, and cardio-based classes designed to deliver fast, effective results.

At Toro Fitness, we focus on 30-minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workouts.

All sessions at Toro Fitness are 30 minutes.

Yes. Every class is led by a coach who guides you through the workout, ensures proper form, and helps you stay motivated and safe.

Yes, our workouts are designed to be doable for every fitness level. Everything can be modified or intensified to be more challenging. 

Memberships range from a 28-day trial to one-year commitments.

We use dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, battle ropes, and bodyweight exercises. 

For best results, we recommend attending 3–5 classes per week, depending on your goals and fitness level.

Just bring water, athletic shoes, and comfortable workout clothes. We recommend a towel since our workouts are high-intensity.
